  I am currently working as a freelance creative artist and PA. I had the privelege to work as a PA on a few commercial shoots with Cloud Nine Productions in Tulsa, OK.
  
  I also spent this time designing and coding websites, designing logos and print graphics, and editing videos for businesses, churches, and non-profits. Most of my time was spent designing and developing websites.

  Visual Arts Pastor/Programming Pastor

  The Crossing, A Christian Church

  The Crossing is a congregation averaging 1500 people each weekend in Southwest Las Vegas. It’s a contemporary progressive ministry with a mission to help people discover Jesus and the journey.
  
  When I started at The Crossing, my role was to build and lead the Video and Lighting Teams (started with 0 – now at 30), design graphics for our series, write and produce creative videos for the weekend services, direct and shape the vision for our live video at weekend services, and to help shepherd all the creative arts volunteers I worked with.
  
  I was responsible for designing and maintaining all audio, lighting, and video systems. I was responsible for: all projectors and displays, the video control room which includes video mixers, CGs, CCUs, video monitors, mac and windows based presentation programs, lighting console, lights (intelligent and fixed), audio console, aviom system, wireless gear, and more.
  
  In my last position I was in charge of leading out video, lighting, stage design, sound, drama, and the entire Sunday morning process, as well as share responsibilities in leading out the brain-storming and programming process. I directed and produced the Sunday morning services and all elements that were programmed for the service or series.

  Children's Pastor/Media and Technology Director

  Faith Church

  I started at Faith Church as Children’s Pastor in October 2002. My responsibilities included leading all the children’s ministry volunteers (50+), speaking each week at our children’s services, programming all children’s services, providing direction and vision for the children’s ministry, providing strategy for the discipleship and spiritual direction of all children and volunteers, speaking 4 – 6 times a year at adult services, leading the part-time children’s ministry staff, lead out the Bus Ministry and it’s volunteers, and event planning and coordinating.
  
  Soon after starting I became the Media and Technology director and my role was to help in the brainstorming process, help program the services, write and produce creative videos for our weekend services, design graphics for our sermon series, design logos for various ministries as well as brochures and print materials, manage and design the website, direct and produce Sunday morning services, lead all video, sound, and lighting volunteers, and make sure all video systems throughout the campus were current and functional.
  
  Not long after taking the role of Technology and Media Director, I started leading worship. Our Worship Pastor left and what started as interim became permanent. I kept all my programming and media/director responsibilities, but added leading all the worship volunteers and part-time staff, and charting music.

  Southwest Free Will Baptist Church

  My responsibilities at Southwest were to lead out the Children’s and Student Ministries and all their volunteers, provide strategy and direction for the church as a whole, teach at every youth and children’s service, teach approximately 10 times a year in adult service, plan events, and assist the pastor in visitation and care ministries.
